Wing Chun Kung Fu, a traditional Chinese martial arts style, was created for fast and efficient training of fighters to practice real bouts. High stances are used most of the time, as well as compact movements focused mainly on keeping the fight at short and medium distances.

Wing Chun Kung Fu is characterized by a very high density of battle and constant control over the actions of the enemy.

One of the most important concepts of Wing Chun Kung Fu - is not the opposition of your own strength to that of the enemy, which can help the Wing Chun fighter defeat a physically stronger opponent. Of course, physical strength is in any case an additional advantage, but is not the primary component. Technique is often more important than force, without the former.

Based on the principle that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line, techniques of economy of motion were developed in the Wing Chun Kung Fu system, increasing the reaction time and speed.

The principle of simultaneous attack and defense, reflex choice of necessary angles for attack and defense, technique of work in the elbow and knee clinch, kicks, "leaving no shadow," are all highly distinctive in the style of Wing Chun Kung Fu, and represent a more efficient way for self-defense and street fighting.

Also, much attention is paid to the method of training Chi Sao "LRuki" that helps fighters cultivate a number of qualities within themselves that considerably improve fighting potential.

There are no techniques in Wing Chun Kung Fu, the study of which cannot bring any benefit to a real fight, all techniques are aimed at efficiency and reliability in a combat situation. Wing Chun Kung Fu - is a practical and constantly evolving system of martial arts, focused on fights in the real world.
